All medical plans administered by Meritain utilize the Aetna network, providing access to a broad range of healthcare providers. To find participating providers, please use the Aetna Provider Search, and once you enter your zip code, select the Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access) under Broad Medical Networks.

​Once you enroll for medical coverage you will automatically receive prescription drug coverage. Meritain will administer the pharmacy benefits for all medical plans. For information on covered medications, refer to the CVS/ Caremark Formulary. The Pharmacy program includes certain controls including Step Therapy, Quantity Limits, and Prior Authorization requirements.
