Performance Home Medical will match your Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions up to $1,000 for both HD/HS plans. Employees enrolled in an HDHP/HS plan are eligible for the Health Savings Account contribution benefit. Under this program, the company matches employee HSA contributions dollar for dollar, up to $1,000 annually. For members enrolled in the HSA plan, this $1,000 employer contribution effectively reduces the individual deductible to $1,500 under the HD/HS Low plan or $3,000 under the HD/HS High plan.
